1. Order Processing
All orders placed on https://b2b.campobelloshoes.com/ are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union and, where applicable, to international destinations. Available shipping destinations and costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Orders are shipped using reliable courier and logistics partners selected by Campobello Shoes. The shipping method available for your order will depend on the delivery address and will be presented at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Our team is committed to providing the best possible delivery experience. Although the
following estimates are generally accurate, it is important to bear in mind that in
exceptional cases delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as strikes or
pandemics:
- Mainland Portugal: up to 3 working days
- Mainland Spain: up to 4 working days
- Islands: up to 15 working days, depending on the customs office
- Ceuta and Melilla: up to 15 working days depending on customs
- Intra-Eu: up to 10 working days
- Extra-EU: up to 15 working days, depending on customs
- USA: up to 10 working days, depending on customs
- Australia: up to 15 working days, depending on customs
- Rest of the World: minimum 15 working days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, order weight and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
